Hyatt Place - Mishawaka, IN
The Hyatt Place concept is a new type of hotel that is designed to put style and technological advancements within the reach of everyone. Stylish furniture, distinctive architecture, and Hyatt’s unique approach to food service, all work together to make this hotel style stand out from the rest.

This 121 key, 74,000 sf. hotel was completed in September 2008. The 4-story structure is a new prototype for the hotel chain and is one of the first Hyatt Place Hotels to be completed as new construction.

Hyatt Place - Naples, FL
This hotel has added 108 keys, and is 70,000 sf.  Shiel Sexton worked hand-in-hand with Simon and Hyatt on the hotel which was completed in February 2009.

Hyatt Summerfield Suites, Charlotte, NC
Hyatt Summerfield Suites hired Shiel Sexton to complete a renovation on the main floor of the hotel.

Summerfield Suites completed interior renovations in the large meeting rooms, a market area, buffet area, and the front desk/reception area, as well as a complete exterior renovation, including lifting the main tower 16 feet, and a new EIFS system that resembles architectural panels. During construction, the hotel remained fully operational. This project was completed in February 2008.
