Arsenal Tech High School
Shiel Sexton has been involved in Arsenal Tech High School since 2004. Phase I of the project involved installing a new HVAC system in designated areas, building additional classrooms and restrooms, installing new wiring and fire protection systems.

Phase II involved installing HVAC in the remaining campus areas, replacing ceilings and lighting fixtures, and upgrading security and meeting ADA requirements.

Shiel Sexton was recently awarded Phase III, which will consist of upgrades to several buildings totaling 415,000 sf.

Eleanor Skillen Elementary
Shiel Sexton completed Eleanor Skillen Elementary consisting of 95,000 sf. of new construction, an improved gym, as well as two new playgrounds.

Shortridge Middle/High School
Shiel Sexton performed construction management services consisting of building renovations, interior and exterior preservation, and heavy mechanical and electrical upgrades.
