Shiel Sexton served as the construction manager at risk on the High Alpha Headquarters build-out at their new location in the Bottleworks District. The headquarters occupies floors 3,4 and 5 of Building 14/15 along Mass Ave. The High Alpha headquarters relocated from Monument Circle downtown Indianapolis. This move consolidated High Alpha Capital and High Alpha Studio together at one location. The work was fast-tracked during design and integrated with the base building construction in order to achieve the tenant’s move-in date requirements.
