Shiel Sexton served as Owner’s Onsite Project Manager for Ventana Medical Systems, a division of Roche Diagnostics. The Shiel Sexton Onsite Program Manager developed and implemented prequalification, preconstruction and construction guideline manuals complete with templates and examples for other Ventana Project Managers to complete projects following a common guideline. The onsite Project Manager also selected and assisted with implementation of a space/move management software for Ventana’s personnel. Shiel Sexton helped with a variety of projects including an office renovation, manufacturing space renovation, tenant and office improvements and an 800-space parking lot.
