The Palladium at the Center for Performing Arts

City of Carmel

The City of Carmel hired Shiel Sexton to manage construction of The Palladium at the Center for Performing Arts. This prestigious project was built on the grounds of the Carmel City Center, a comprehensive initiative to develop an arts and cultural district for the City. The Palladium includes a 1,600-seat concert hall with a domed roof, three balcony levels and state-of-the-art technological advances and architectural grandeur that position this venue among the country’s elite centers for the performing arts. By helping the City of Carmel use their dollars most efficiently, both in the design phase and through value engineering, Shiel Sexton strategically guided the project through its budgetary process and subsequent construction.
