In an industry that has struggled with achieving diversity goals, Shiel Sexton has taken a leadership role in developing meaningful programs that produce lasting results within the local community. Spearheaded by a full time in-house DE&I Director Adrian Russell, Shiel Sexton’s program begins long before any one project begins. The company has taken a holistic approach to diversity designed to deliver value on two levels. Immediately, our program will maximize XBE participation on this project. In the long-term, our program will have a lasting impact on the construction industry in the local market.
