The Center for Innovative Excellence is a research and development facility for American Flow Control situated on 17 acres of land. As the valve and hydrant division of the America Cast Iron Pipe Company, American Flow Control’s new facility primarily focuses on development of new equipment and technologies for enhancing existing valve and hydrant technologies.

This project features a 20,000 SF shop with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies for building and testing valve and hydrant prototypes to develop new products. Approximately 10,000 SF of the facility consists of offices and labs.
