Bradley & Montgomery
Indianapolis Power & Light, an AES Company
Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL) remodeled the aging space of the second floor to house the headquarters for new tenant Bradley & Montgomery. This edgy, creative design space has an industrial feel complete with exposed beams and a polished concrete floor. The open concept layout allows agency employees to easily collaborate in a comfortable workspace while overlooking the bustle of Monument Circle.
Due to the downtown location of the project, site logistics were extremely tight. The building remained fully operational during construction, so noise, deliveries, and MEP shutdowns were taken into consideration to minimize disruption for the occupants.
