Shiel Sexton completed 24,000 SF Class A office space build-out on the 29th and 30th floors of Regions Tower in Indianapolis. The remodeled space serves as the headquarters for regional property developer, Flaherty & Collins.
 
The space features sophisticated finishes and a glass staircase, which serves as a monumental centerpiece. Comfortable open work stations make room for company employees. Additionally, the office walls are adorned with relics of company history.
 
The location in the heart of downtown Indianapolis high-rise, and a short, five-month timeline created some challenges while working in this occupied building. Careful logistics planning, close coordination of material handling and deliveries, as well as off-peak work hours helped the team to mitigate challenges to deliver this high-end project on time and within budget.
