Greenbriar, Nora, and Fox Hill Elementary Schools Renovations
Metropolitan School District of Washington Township
Shiel Sexton, in a joint venture with Harmon Construction, is construction manager as constructor on extensive renovations to of three Washington Township elementary schools. The phased renovations include interior facelift of classrooms’ flooring, paint and ceilings, and technology upgrades, complete with a secured vestibule for student and staff safety.
Additionally, the schools received new mechanical equipment along with domestic and hydronic water piping and new air handler units to improve air quality. Outside efforts focused on new playground installation and site lighting enhancements around the perimeter of the school.
