Shiel Sexton managed the construction of a 531,713 SF warehouse and manufacturing facility in the 685-acre industrial park, I-70 West Commerce Park. The facility features 52 loading docks, 449-car parking lot, and a 108-semi trailer parking lot located on 39.34 acres. The warehouse links to a water storage tank and pump house.
 
The park developer, Sunbeam Development, has been a long-term client of Shiel Sexton’s with projects including the new construction of Buildings 2, 3, and 4 at I-70 West Commerce Park and the build-out of Building 1.
