The Joint Venture team of Shiel Sexton and Powers & Sons Construction is serving as the construction manager at risk for the redevelopment of the White River State Park Concert Venue in downtown Indianapolis. Completed in multiple phases, the redeveloped concert area and green space provides permanent restrooms at the north and south side of the property, a new stage house, fixed seating, redeveloped site hardscape to compliment the new buildings, an artist amenities/green room building, and an upgraded VIP experience for concert attendees. The team is working carefully around the upcoming 2021 concert season with a target completion date of June 16, 2021, as they install the canopy over the seating area. Shiel Sexton is excited to help transform the White River State Park Lawn into an iconic concert venue.
