Pizzuti Companies chose Shiel Sexton to construct their new mixed-used development called The Sutton comprised of two buildings, an office/retail structure and a separate residential tower in the Short North Arts District.
 
The six-story residential structure called The Residences at The Sutton consists of 100 residential units. Directly to the west, Shiel Sexton constructed a three-level, 122-space parking structure. One level is below grade with two levels above grade.
